High Touch High Tech offers totally hands-on, totally participatory, in-school science "field-trips". Our scientists come directly to your classroom for 90 minutes and present real, relevant science in a FUN manner!
Our in-school science field trips are truly educational experiences covering all classical disciplines of science. The 90-minute programs, our most popular provide rich dialogue and hands-on experiments that complement the topics being explored perfectly. Approximately two-thirds of all programs have take-home items. We love to hear the OOHS and AAHS that come from the students, teachers and parents that participate in our programs!
Our rotation programs are designed to provide students with the same hands-on, FUN experiences that are received in the 90-minute programs. The benefit to these programs is they fit into teachers' planning times. They last for 50-55 minutes. We will work with classes individually while the teachers are conducting conferences and organizing their work.
Afterschool programs are conducted monthly at your school. They last for 30-minutes and can run from September to May. Like the other programs in our lineup, the students conduct hands-on exercises and receive take home items where applicable. Research has shown that parents feel strongly about their children receiving enriching afterschool experiences and there is nothing better than FUN science by High Touch High Tech.
Our programs cover Nature, Chemistry, Geology, Aerodynamics, Physics and several Life Sciences to name a few areas. We can also integrate the experiences to provide a social studies/science blend by exploring inventors and the relevance of their discoveries in the program being carried out. While we recognize that FUN is key in the learning process, we reinforce the learning through doing! Your students will never forget their High Touch High Tech experience!

NEW! TAKS TRACKS
High Touch High Tech of Houston can help your fourth and fifth graders (and your teachers) tackle the TAKS Science Test with the new TAKS Tracks!
This 10 week program is designed to supplement your school's current science curriculum by using hands-on experiments and exciting demonstrations to introduce students to the TAKS Elementary science Objectives.
High Touch High Tech is offering the TAKS TRACK programs in Physical Science, Earth Science and Life Science. All TAKS Track programs are 10 weeks.
High Touch High Tech scientists will be in your classroom for 60 minutes once per week, engaging children in non-stop, hands-on, FUN learning. All programs include a take home experiment and certificate of completion and includes supplemental teacher worksheets.
